Come and play with type! A fun and informal day learning how you can use type to produce fascinating prints using the traditional craft of letterpress.
In this workshop you will learn about the amazing process of letterpress. Learn how to design a graphic image, type set, ink up type using relief inks and print using the beautiful Albion press.
This is a great course for beginners and for those wanting to develop their skills or experiment with this unique process.
Nichola Goff is a multi-disciplinary printmaker using a variety of techniques in her work. Nichola runs the Yard Print Studio and has nearly 20 years printmaking experience and teaching practice. Check out her work here:
